What is Self Discovery Wisdom about?

 Self Discovery Wisdom is a podcast network filled with inspiration from people who have truly walked their path. Hosted and produced by Sara Troy, it is a platform she is deeply proud of—bringing meaningful, transformative conversations to a global audience.

Sara began on a BlogTalkRadio station called Authentic You, hosting live shows before launching her own platform—originally PLV Radio, now Self Discovery Wisdom. Now well into its journey, with over 3,900 shows, she has had the honour of speaking with extraordinary individuals doing remarkable work in the world.

The network spans a wide range of topics—from the divine to health, inner wealth, conscious business, science, current issues, innovation, philosophy, and philanthropy—all with the intention of inspiring a better world. Guests include mentors, healers, leaders, coaches, authors, carers, and change-makers who have embraced their journey, overcome challenges, and now live in alignment with their purpose and truth.
