Marble negotiations by Cj Martes.

I was at the corner grocery store buying some early potatoes… I noticed a small boy, delicate of bone and feature, ragged but clean, hungrily appraising a basket of freshly picked green peas.

I paid for my potatoes but was also drawn to the display of fresh green peas. I am a pushover for creamed peas and new potatoes.

Pondering the peas, I couldn’t help overhearing the conversation between Mr. Miller (the store owner) and the ragged boy next to me.

‘Hello Barry, how are you today?’  Colorful_Glass_Marbles_Wallpaper_edfnc

‘H’lo, Mr. Miller. Fine, thank ya. Jus’ admirin’ them peas. They sure look good’

They are good, Barry. How’s your Ma?’ ‘Fine. Gittin’ stronger alla’ time.’ ‘Good. Anything I can help you with?’ ‘No, Sir. Jus’ admirin’ them peas.’ ‘Would you like to take some home?’ asked Mr. Miller.

.

‘No, Sir. Got nuthin’ to pay for ’em with.’

‘Well, what have you to trade me for some of those peas?’

‘All I got’s my prize marble here.’

Is that right? Let me see it’, said Miller.

‘Here ’tis. She’s a dandy.’

‘I can see that. Hmm mmm, only thing is this one is blue and I sort of go for red. Do you have a red one like this at home?’ the store owner asked.

‘Not zackley but almost.’

‘Tell you what. Take this sack of peas home with you and next trip this way let me look at that red marble’. Mr. Miller told the boy.

‘Sure will. Thanks Mr. Miller.’

Mrs. Miller, who had been standing nearby, came over to help me.

With a smile she said, ‘There are two other boys like him in our community, all three are in very poor circumstances. Jim just loves to bargain with them for peas, apples, tomatoes, or whatever.

When they come back with their red marbles, and they always do, he decides he doesn’t like red after all and he sends them home with a bag of produce for a green marble or an orange one, when they come on their next trip to the store.’

I left the store smiling to myself, impressed with this man. A short time later I moved to Colorado , but I never forgot the story of this man, the boys, and their bartering for marbles.

Several years went by, each more rapid than the previous one. Just recently I had occasion to visit some old friends in that Idaho community and while I was there learned that Mr. Miller had died. They were having his visitation that evening and knowing my friends wanted to go, I agreed to accompany them. Upon arrival at the mortuary we fell into line to meet the relatives of the deceased and to offer whatever words of comfort we could.

Ahead of us in line were three young men. One was in an army uniform and the other two wore nice haircuts, dark suits and white shirts…all very professional looking. They approached Mrs. Miller, standing composed and smiling by her husband’s casket.

Each of the young men hugged her, kissed her on the cheek, spoke briefly with her and moved on to the casket. Her misty light blue eyes followed them as, one by one; each young man stopped briefly and placed his own warm hand over the cold pale hand in the casket. Each left the mortuary awkwardly, wiping his eyes.

Our turn came to meet Mrs. Miller. I told her who I was and reminded her of the story from those many years ago and what she had told me about her husband’s bartering for marbles. With her eyes glistening, she took my hand and led me to the casket.

‘Those three young men who just left were the boys I told you about.

They just told me how they appreciated the things Jim ‘traded’ them. Now, at last, when Jim could not change his mind about color or size….they came to pay their debt.’

‘We’ve never had a great deal of the wealth of this world,’ she confided, ‘but right now, Jim would consider himself the richest man in Idaho …’

With loving gentleness she lifted the lifeless fingers of her deceased husband. Resting underneath were three exquisitely shined red marbles.

The Moral: We will not be remembered by our words, but by our kind deeds. Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath.

Today I wish you a day of ordinary miracles ~ A fresh pot of coffee you didn’t make yourself…

An unexpected phone call from an old friend…. Green traffic lights when you drive….

The fastest line at the grocery store….

Your keys found right where you left them.

IT’S NOT WHAT YOU GATHER, BUT WHAT YOU SCATTER THAT TELLS WHAT KIND OF LIFE YOU HAVE LIVED!

My Chakra Cleaning with Sherri Nickols

My Chakra clearing with Sherri Nickols.

My Chakras audio. My experience of the Chakra cleansing.

Sherri gives a Chakra clearing using her tuning fork. Immediately the tuning fork put me at ease as Sherri took me to my root chakra red, here my Red warmed me, I felt the life of my sensual being come alive. Then to the Orange Chakra where my soul lives, she warmed me with the glow of truth of my soul and then the red and the orange danced together as one creating a warmth of soft fire making me feel alive. Now to me Yellow chakra my treasure chest, where yellow Citrine’s and yellow Diamonds and golden Coins over flowed in to the valleys below, making me feel rich in abundant worth and purpose and seeding the possibilities of tomorrows. Now to the Emerald green of my hearts embrace, where I am wrapped in a deep rich lush velvet cape feeling the deep love of my heart’s desire, and where the vibrant colours all danced together in loving embrace. On to the truth of the Safia blues my spirited truth, the universal knowledge of the divine’s truth speaking in clarity, in purity, in knowingness to me. On to the 3rd eye my Amethyst all knowing truth storing the divine knowledge of all my knowingness, there to draw on any time I need. Finally to the crown Chakra, where a Violet Opal with dancing stars of Ruby, Citrine, Amber, Safia, Amethyst and Emerald where all dancing together like stars in the in the deep blue sky, bringing my collective energy together as one.

Now as I join as one coming together in a circle I feel my oneness with self and I feel a whole being filled with love abundance and the divine’s truth to guide me on.

Thank you Sherri for such a wonderful experience.

Love to the world in peace and knowingness.

A SECOND CHANCE AT A NEW YEAR

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR (GONG HEY FA CAI)

A Year of the Goat

imagescheseLong ago and still to this day, the Chinese use the Lunar cycle to follow time. The first cycle was introduced in the year 2637 B.C. A complete lunar cycle is 60 years and is made up of 12 cycles. Where the animal signs come in, is when Lord Buddha summoned all the animals to his kingdom so as to say goodbye to him before he departed from this earth. Only twelve showed up and to show his appreciation he named a year after them in order of its arrival. Every twelve years the sign repeats it’s self and you start all over again. Look at the signs year dates baring in mind that Chinese New Year is different every year, mid Jan-mid Feb and find out which is your sign by going through 12 year increments from your birth year.

I have only touched the surface of the information on these signs, but hopefully it will give you a little in site into you and your loved ones.

imagesgoyChinese New Year is February 19th and is the year of The graceful Sheep/ Goat (2015) The Goat’s Personality: Calm, Gentle…

People born in a year of the Goat are generally believed to be gentle mild-mannered, shy, stable, sympathetic, amicable, and brimming with a strong sense of kindheartedness and justice.

They have very delicate thoughts, strong creativity, and perseverance, and acquire professional skills well. Although they look gentle on the surface, they are tough on the inside, always insisting on their own opinions in their minds. They have strong inner resilience and excellent defensive instincts.

Though they prefer to be in groups, they do not want to be the center of attention. They are reserved and quiet, most likely because they like spending much time in their thoughts. Goats like to spend money on fashionable things that give them a first class appearance. Although goats enjoy spending money on the finer things in life, they are not snobbish.

Rat years:1912, 1924, 1936, 1948, 1960, 1972, 1984, 1996, 2008, 2020…

10501876-chinese-horoscope-year-of-the-ratFirst came the Rat, (1997) with its charm and innovative personality the rat uses it’s wit and intelligence and has been known to be crafty, forthright and an excellent business man/woman, who is always alert to new opportunities. The rat is much underestimated, due the very fact that it is a rat. They are very intuitive gregarious and smart people who will use their charm and smarts to get them to the top. Never underestimate them, they do not miss a thing and remember a lot. Whereas the tiger, horse and others are on the forefront, the rat does not mind taking the back stairs to get where they are going. They know they will get there and are not afraid to give someone else the lime light.

  • OX Year of Birth: 1913, 1925, 1937, 1949, 1961, 1973, 1985, 1997, 2009, 2021

oxThen came the Ox, 2009 prosperous through fortitude and hard work, the Ox is dependable, calm methodical and stubborn. Many Ox ‘s hold positions of power and their fairness holds them in good stead. They like order, respect, tradition, and are predictable and honest. Alas in love the Ox does not quite know how to respond to romance but when they like you they will stand by you, loyally, but also may take a long time to commit, be patience they are solid people and worth waiting for. Although they have a lot of patience do not try it on to much, because when they lose it, it will be a terrifying experience. The rooster seems to understand the Ox best and the Goat and Tiger will not get along well at all. Give them time to their stuff; it is worth waiting for the results.

Tiger Year of Birth: 1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998, 2010, 2022

indo-chinese-tigerNow comes the Tiger. (2010) Powerful, passionate, rebellious and unpredictable. The Tiger is our fearless fighter, and people hold them in awe. They love the limelight and their dynamic personality can open many doors. They live life as if it is their center stage, and people around them are there to enhance the play. With their charisma they get away with lots, and can talk others into doing things for them just because they are tigers. They have a very human side showing love and affection for babies and animals. As a lover when they love they love 100% for that moment till their attention is directed elsewhere, to sustain their attention you must give them a lot of attention. They live purely on impulse and rebellion on tradition. Logic is not their thing. The song by Carle Simon, “you’re so vain you probably think this song is about you”. May have been written for the tiger. However the tiger who can be warm loving and great with kids, can also be a child themselves if they do not get their way. For all this the tiger is a formidable foe and one to definitely have in your court.

Rabbit Years of birth: 1915, 1927, 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999, 2011, 2023

imagesThe Rabbit (2011) is said to have a long life, the rabbit is gracious kind sensitive, and has good manners. They look for tranquility but are also inclined to be moody. They appear indifferent and generally hold academic positions. Although they appear to be detached they hold much criticism inside. Good at business and smooth negotiations will ensure a good career. In love their self-assurance requires them to marry for position and security, but will give all they have to give in love. Reserved artistic and good at business, the rabbit with their smooth negotiations will ensure any career they choose. Liking harmony, the rabbit does not understand why people are so nasty to each other. Although do not mistake this, the rabbit will get the contract signed, but by courtesy, consideration and patience, you will not even be aware of it until you have signed on the dotted line. This does not mean that they are deceitful, but rather that they are clever.

  •  Dragon Years of Birth: 1916, 1928, 1940, 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, 2000, 2012, 2024

Dragon-Wallpaper-dragons-13975574-1280-1024The fiery Dragon (2012) a very lucky sign and one in which many children are born, (including one of my daughters). Magical and imaginative the dragon is full of vitality and strength. They have very high ideals and command high standards from others as well as themselves. Do not challenge the dragon you will find them very opposing and do not hurt the ones they love or anger them or you will sorely regret it. On the other hand they do not like defeat and can be a sore looser. If they like you, you will forever have a protector and a friend, and as a lover they take adulation for granted, knowing that they are well liked so therefore well loved. If they choose you for a mate, (and this sign is also quite happy to not to marry and just have good friends,) they will protect, lecture and support you forever. Dragons do not tolerate fools or deceitful people and their wrath can be very imposing. They are good with money, easy come easy go, and prefer to live in a relaxed environment. Somewhat leaders by nature, they will only want the job if they are interested. Funny and liking a good time, a dragon is good at a party and is very adventuress.

  • Snake Years of Birth:1917, 1929, 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001, 2013, 2025…

images sThe forever-misunderstood Snake (2013) is a deep thinker, always looking for the meaning of life. Generally mystical with a lot of natural wisdom, the snake loves books, food, music and the fine things in life. Using their own judgment rather than others, they like their own advice. Superstitious and a little intense they like to settle scores. The snakes wish to control their own lives through power and authority. They can be victims of their past and have a hard time moving on with life. Elegant, in speech, dress and manners, but suspicious in nature, the snake distrusts anyone who breaks a promise. In love their mystique and cool ambivalence draws lovers to them with ease, and will only marry someone who shares their ambition. Striving for the top the snake can talk themselves out of things, because they are inclined to think it over and over again. They love detail and wish for things to be in order before moving on with it. Although looked upon with fear, the snake in vulnerable and is only dangerous when it is fearful. Wishing to just be understood and respected the snake is harmless. Unless—-

  • Horse Years of Birth:1918, 1930, 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990, 2002, 2014, 2026…

430607_306200469427502_163743447006539_791908_314556681_nEnter the Horse (2014) the best year in my mind, as I am a horse myself. Cheerful, popular, quick-witted and earthy. The horse falls in and out of love easily. However they are perceptive, talkative and have an ability to handle difficult situation well and with authority. They are magnetic and commanding which can be presided as militant and aggressive at times although this is not so. Impetuous, energetic, and a flashy dresser. The horse although a non-conformist can be relied on to be accountable and honest. The horse will always be there for the underdog, and has an ability to see both sides and council each of them well. Demanding a great deal from fellow workers they can and will just as eagerly work by your side as long as you know that they are boss. Horses love freedom and pursue happiness at every corner. Being a person that feels their way around and who is constantly changing to the environment, they feel deeply and can be perceived as being moody, they are just adjustable people. They cannot keep regular hours and are best suited to flexible but demanding jobs, it is all or nothing. Very friendly and a true lover, do not let them down, they will forgive but never forget. They are protective about their loved ones and love with all their hearts, they like the home homey and love to run a little wild too. As friends the horses will be by your side through anything, but if you betray them, you will be forgiven but forgotten too.

This is where the Goat comes in the sequence

  • Year of Birth: 1919, 1931, 1943, 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991, 2003, 2015, 2027

imagesgoyThe graceful Sheep/ Goat (2015) who is righteous, sincere and a sucker for sad stories. They are fashionable, artistic and creative but can be depressed and withdrawn. They are homebodies, liking children and needing to be needed. Luck favors them and their peaceful nature draws people to them. Unfortunately the sheep/goat instead of standing up for their rights is timid and is more inclined to sulk rather than demand. Straight to the point is not their way and they wish you to find out what is bothering them rather than they tell you. Martyrs and worriers they are pessimistic about life and are inclined to look to the worst rather than the best of things. Romantic by nature, they wished to be pursued and fought for, the sheep needs to be in a respectful loving marriage to survive, secure in life love and mind. They have their favorites and if you’re not one of them do not take offence that is just the way it is. Neither forgiving nor forgetting is something they do easily, so don’t hurt them.

  • Year of Birth of the Monkey :  1920, 1932, 1944, 1956, 1968, 1980, 1992, 2004, 2016, 2028…

monkey full faceThe mischievous Monkey (2016) is innovative, improviser, and a motivator. The monkey is most like man himself. Whatever they choose to do the monkey will succeed, no challenge is to great a chore, and they have the ability to use their intelligence when it is most needed. However they do not respect others well as they have too much respect for themselves. Very competitive, confident and cocky the monkey has been known to use his cunning powers to get their way. They are very sociable and can hold positions of high power. Very self-absorbed the monkey is not a giver for giving sake, in love the monkey will be warm and spontaneous, but be prepared to work hard and always strive for better, love in its self is not enough, ambition is indeed the forever attraction. Whatever you do, never try to trick a monkey they will have the last word, and watch them carefully they are masters of trickery. Fun can be had with a monkey if you like a little mischief or mayhem.

Rooster 1921, 1933, 1945, 1957, 1969, 1981, 1993, 2005, 2017, and 2029.

3Wake up to the Rooster. (2017) Has self-assurance and is old fashioned. They are generally very attractive people, who are acute neat organized decisive upright alert and direct. They can also be argumentative and a little cruel to others, they love to lord over other with their imposing knowledge. High perform ring roosters seek opportunities to excel at anything, and if you try to challenge their knowledge you are in for a long haul, roosters do their homework and know their stuff. Do not be around when a rooster is negative, they are egotistical opinioned and very abrasive, you will come out reeling from the experience. They are very good at handling money, accountants banking and finances. Roosters will follow orders to a T, and they are very good detailed people and, accountable with your interest at heart. All roosters are perfectionist, with a sharp eye for details, but if they think that they are right about something, they may close their mind to any other input. They are excellent right hand men but sway away from the front line, as they do not have the public personality or patience that is needed to be up front. Roosters love praise and are allergic to criticism; they make a good spouse and a good family person, just as long as they are boss. For all that steadfastness, they are very vulnerable but will fight showing it.

  • Years of the Dog: …1922, 1934, 1946, 1958, 1970, 1982, 1994, 2006, 2018, 2030…

kokomoThe likable Dog (2018) (another of my children) is honest, intelligent and direct. They are the most loyal and trustworthy of creatures and have much passion for Just as and fair play. Dogs are friends to all people, and are fair listeners meeting people half way. Dogs will look out for everyone no matter what, but is inclined to neglect their own self and leave themselves vulnerable. The dog has a great understanding of humans, and instinctively knows the right from wrong, who to believe and who to be weary off. When a dog loves, it is with all its heart and loyalty, this is often taken advantage of and the dog often gets hurt. Forgiveness is strong and even if they move on they will remember the once loved one fondly. Do not push the dog into a corner, they will instinctively come out fighting in any which way. In love, the dog likes to get to know their suitor slowly as trust is an issue, but once trust is in place, they will encourage growth in their loved ones and equilibrium in their lives. As it is with children the dog will act like a playful puppy when young, and will take time to learn the ways of the world, but what is nice is that they will never lose their playfulness. All in all a dog is a very good person to have in your life in any way.

  • Years of the Pig: 1923, 1935, 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995, 2007, 2019, 2031

The steadfast Pig (2019) is, of all the signs, one of honesty and of real genuine personality. The pig is the ultimate diplomat, balancing both sides and keeping the peace. The pig are those people that make everything happen with ease so as you do not notice it even imagespighappening, but notice if they are not there. They socialize very well, and like to be in the company of up and coming people, though they prefer to watch from a distance. Excellent in the line of fundraising and social work, the pig does not mind being truly committed to the cause. The pig is a little too trusting and allows themselves to be exploited by others without knowing it. In love the pig is devoted and does everything for their loved ones except perhaps discipline them well, as they do not like confrontation. The pig is unselfish and caring and is very good to have as a friend if their motives are not interfering or judgmental.

Having had experiences with all of the signs, I have to say there is a lot in it. We take on the characters of the animals and unknowly become them. I also believe that the “True Colours”, Zodiac and ‘numerology” plays a big part in it too. The Chinese take this all very seriously. This year, February 19 is Chinese New Year’s Eve, and it is welcomed with feasting and socialization. There are parades, and the Dragons and the Lions performing for money, reflecting the old times when they used to give protection money to the gods for said protection. Not much has changed there, except that it is done far more aggressively now.

Feeding Dignity to those who need our support.

Fullscreen capture 24122012 13253 PMFood banks, you may think you never need them, but never say never. I did not think I did, but without it, I would have gone hungry. Life happens we are not always in control of redirections, and when it does it can knock us for 6 and we find ourselves on the ground. But, that does not mean we will stay there, it means we have to get back up and keep on moving in a direction that best serves us, and we will as time allows us to regroup and redirect.

We do not always know which direction to go in when we are facing such diversity, and we may for the time being feel we do not have the strength to go on. But, when going on or facing despair is the only option, we find that courage to go on. This is why I do my shows to help people get back on their feet with inspirational stories of overcoming adversity and tools to apply in rebuilding our lives. http://selfdiscoveryradio.com

Do not assume that having to go to the food bank means you are worthless, or shameful in any way, because we all need help at some point in our lives and we should NEVER be apologetic in asking for that help, many are only too pleased to help you so please let them, and if there is some out there that are judgmental then they are not of loving humanity.

Did you know that the food banks survive on 1 major food fundraiser a year? Christmas.  Without those there would not be enough food to help anyone, many a week there is hardly enough to feed anyone for a day never mind a week. Also without the volunteers who dedicate their time their love and their compassion, you would not have a food bank at all. They work tirelessly on doing food drives to get food to those who need it, sorting, planning organising, they do it with such care and passion because not only do they not want to see people go hungry and to support those that feel so alone.

Eating is not a seasonal thing; we need substance in us every day. Most people just leave cans of food which is great, but fresh foods like vegetables and fruit and milk and eggs are very much needed and for some they have no other means to get it. Children suffer a lot as they are growing and not getting the right nutrients they need, so pop vitamins in the food bank box and for mum and dad also, nothing worse when you in stress of finding the next meal and trying to rebuild your life at the same time, as it kills your health and is a one way down street. B plus vitamins and C is accentual.

I know we are all strapped and it is hard to feed yourselves never mind anyone else, but a little consistently goes a long way, so in any way, food, clothes, vitamins, toiletries, toys, and please do not forget the animals, for they need to eat also and many times go without.

We can make a difference we can give that helping hand, we can show some dignity and we can provide a meal that is life-saving, we can, we should and I hope that you do.

Support your local food bank and show your support and you care and that you understand, and thank you on behalf of everyone who has ever needed it.

UPDATE: It has been bought to my attention that 1000’s pounds daily of food is being thrown away from restaurants, grocery stores and more because of the fear that they may get sued if someone gets sick of the food.

We need to put an end to this and get around the problem, because people are dying of hunger and in 2013 this should not be, especially because of a law, so let us change the law. I invite any lawyer in training or advocate who is willing to step up to providing a solution to this problem to contact me and let us get people fed.

The word connection has a profound culmination in spirituality.

In some cases, tangible things cannot function properly, or at all when there is a disconnect. For example, the motor of a vehicle cannot properly function if its parts are not assembled. As well, vegetation cannot survive if its roots are malnourished and without the Earth’s soil. Electrical devices will not function if they are not synced to a power source. Human and animal anatomy cannot sustain life if its many organs do not work together; should one organ fail, the body as a whole will expire. A building could not withstand distressing weather,  or even the test of time if its many support walls and joists were not connected. Linen can only become an alluring garment when its cut parts are sewn together.

Connection is the fulfilment we receive from the universe and our fellow man that completes us; keeping us at peace.

These distinct illustrations exhibit the importance of obtaining, and maintaining spiritual connection to life. Just as the motor cannot run, the plant will die, and the electrical device will not function, our spirits reap the same harvest when the seeds planted are not intertwined with the universe and each other. We lose our consciousness with our Brahma, and hence our life becomes an empty reality. But, before we can understand spiritual connection, its vitality to life, and the need to maintain it, we must apperceive it.

Such a connection can be and has been interpreted many different ways and can be obtained and strengthened through many different rituals and spiritual practices. Spiritual connection manifest through the love that we give to each other that makes a tear fall when we share it among each other. When we share a heartfelt smile with one who is frowning, and they smile back we are sharing a spiritual connection. It is when we cheerfully bless others financially and spiritually giving up some of our profits and sharing awareness giving them unseasoned hope.  Upon bestowing our shoulder sympathetically and/or empathetically for one to cry on rendering the need for comfort at present, we connect with the very core of the spirit, the emotions.

All these things are infectious. We manifest unyielding great vibrations and a great reality when we interface spiritually with others. And just as the physical examples used loose quality of performance and in some instances life when all its vital parts are not harmoniously connected, so does our spirit when we are disconnected from ourselves and each other. Loneliness that leads to despair, engulf our being and we feel lost and hopeless. No matter financial, social, or marital status, number of friends and successes in life we suffer greatest when we are disconnected, and these disconnection are spiritual because no physical matter can rid us of them; no amount of money, friends, substances, or any other inadequate fix aids this disconnection.

One will not always come forth and ask for this much needed nourishing, but having been intertwined with the universe ourselves we must learn to listen with our spirits feeling the blue air surrounding one’s avatar. There may be body signals; one wears a sad face and when asked what’s wrong they say, “Nothing”. Erecting conversations quickly above normal and ending with, “It’s not like you care” or, “No one ever listens to me anyway,” and other related sentences are a clear sign that one feels disconnected from their surroundings. After an elongated verbal war declared by the feelings of being ignored from society in any way, one then goes into isolation.

This is, perhaps the most crucial stage of feeling disconnected. In this stage of disconnection one desperately begins his/her search for coping mechanisms. The scariest part of this is that desperation sets up for dangerously irrational thinking caused by the want to escape such a desolate place in life, health issues, and possessing habits. Disconnection blended with the inevitable hardships of life become voices in the mind, in this stage, which talk one into the valley of spiritual death.

Feelings of insecurity, low self-esteem and value, brew from feeling shunned and constantly hearing in their mind, ‘It is because you are not worth it’, ‘no one really loves you. So you might as well waste away’, ‘It’s over give up. It’ll never happen. It is too late’, and ‘You don’t deserve to be treated good anyway’ and more, are all bullies that taunt us and drive us to a spiritual death that can ultimately lead to substance abuse, mental breakdowns, strokes, and at worst, suicides. Choosing to stay in erroneous relationships so to hold on to even a smidgen of a connection in life, and yet living in a material reality of hell is yet another irrational decision made out of desperation for spiritual connection in this stage.

The most dis-hearting of these is the physical effects that take place in the latter of this mindset. The search for coping aids grows more and more cardinal as the moons pass, so one may choose to alter the spirit through substances in an attempt at redemption. Long term health problems, death from over dosage, and being lost from self, are all consequences of impetuous acts to numb ourselves from of the oppressive feeling of being spirituality disconnected.

And even when we are not individually intact with self, weak parts in our spiritual anatomy can lead to a shut down. At times our “spark plug” does not “fire” in our “engine” because of repeated disappointments. So while we yet can function, we are not operating to our full potential, and our spirits will eventually shut down. When we have been abated from the soil that nourishes our spirits we survive as living plants for a while, but because our spiritual photosynthesis no longer processes it withers away. No longer being “plugged” to the source from which our spiritual power comes we become inoperable.

When our spiritual lungs can no longer circulate the metaphysical oxygen that facilitate our spiritual respiration we suffocate in an air of deprivation. When the “nails” of our spiritual “frame” and the various joists that hold it together are not built for endurance our “house” falls. And unless we be “sewn together” as humans with our many shapes and patters we will not have the fulfilment that connection gives.

Are you willing to CHANGE your life?

change_your_attitude_-_maya_angelou-192491

I hear every day someone having an issue with their lives. Work sucks because they are not getting enough out of it, or it is taking too much out of them. Relationships suck but no one will take the time or effort to find a way to look to solving the problem. They are dissatisfied with their lives but prefer to AVOID a solution because facing it is supposed to be harder.  As coaches in spiritual counselling and communicative teachings and self development, I can tell you that answers are there for you on all fronts, but you have to step up and take the action necessary to accept the help in moving forward, in other words get into ACTION and COMMIT.
How many relationships die every day? How many businesses go under? What if you could prevent save and nurture your relationships with love, your work and life, would you do anything about it?
When it comes down to it we live in a society of disgruntled people who will accept a dysfunctional life. We are people who want answers in resolving the problems and living our life fully but are too scared to do anything about it. We want a quick fix that does not require work or will not deal with the real issues.

IT WAS NOT WHAT YOU THINK IT WAS

This story touched me so I had to share. We allow things to happen to us, even war, always look at that things as they really are and not what they appear to be and then act on it in clarity. We can make a difference if we know the real facts.

“I am a witness to history.

“I cannot tell you that Hitler took Austria by tanks and guns; it would distort history.

If you remember the plot of the Sound of Music, the Von Trapp family escaped over the Alps rather than submit to the Nazis. Kitty wasn’t so lucky. Her family chose to stay in her native Austria. She was 10 years old, but bright and aware. And she was watching.

“We elected him by a landslide – 98 percent of the vote,” she recalls.

She wasn’t old enough to vote in 1938 – approaching her 11th birthday. But she remembers.

“Everyone thinks that Hitler just rolled in with his tanks and took Austria by force.”

Not so.

Hitler is welcomed to Austria

“In 1938, Austria was in deep Depression. Nearly one-third of our workforce was unemployed. We had 25 percent inflation and 25 percent bank loan interest rates.

Farmers and business people were declaring bankruptcy daily. Young people were going from house to house begging for food. Not that they didn’t want to work; there simply weren’t any jobs.

“My mother was a Christian woman and believed in helping people in need. Every day we cooked a big kettle of soup and baked bread to feed those poor, hungry people – about 30 daily.’

“We looked to our neighbor on the north, Germany, where Hitler had been in power since 1933.” she recalls. “We had been told that they didn’t have unemployment or crime, and they had a high standard of living.

“Nothing was ever said about persecution of any group – Jewish or otherwise. We were led to believe that everyone in Germany was happy. We wanted the same way of life in Austria. We were promised that a vote for Hitler would mean the end of unemployment and help for the family. Hitler also said that businesses would be assisted, and farmers would get their farms back.

“Ninety-eight percent of the population voted to annex Austria to Germany and have Hitler for our ruler.

“We were overjoyed,” remembers Kitty, “and for three days we danced in the streets and had candlelight parades. The new government opened up big field kitchens and
everyone was fed.

“After the election, German officials were appointed, and, like a miracle, we suddenly had law and order. Three or four weeks later, everyone was employed. The government made sure that a lot of work was created through the Public Work Service.

“Hitler decided we should have equal rights for women. Before this, it was a custom that married Austrian women did not work outside the home. An able-bodied husband would be looked down on if he couldn’t support his family. Many women in the teaching profession were elated that they could retain the jobs they previously had been re- quired to give up for marriage.

“Then we lost religious education for kids

“Our education was nationalized. I attended a very good public school.. The population was predominantly Catholic, so we had religion in our schools. The day we elected Hitler (March 13, 1938), I walked into my schoolroom to find the crucifix replaced by Hitler’s picture hanging next to a Nazi flag. Our teacher, a very devout woman, stood up and told the class we wouldn’t pray or have religion anymore. Instead, we sang ‘Deutschland, Deutschland, Uber Alles,’ and had physical education.

“Sunday became National Youth Day with compulsory attendance. Parents were not pleased about the sudden change in curriculum. They were told that if they did not send us, they would receive a stiff letter of warning the first time. The second time they would be fined the equivalent of $300, and the third time they would be subject to jail.”

And then things got worse.

“The first two hours consisted of political indoctrination. The rest of the day we had sports. As time went along, we loved it. Oh, we had so much fun and got our sports equipment free.

“We would go home and gleefully tell our parents about the wonderful time we had.

“My mother was very unhappy,” remembers Kitty. “When the next term started, she took me out of public school and put me in a convent. I told her she couldn’t do that and she told me that someday when I grew up, I would be grateful. There was a very good curriculum, but hardly any fun – no sports, and no political indoctrination.

“I hated it at first but felt I could tolerate it. Every once in a while, on holidays, I went home. I would go back to my old friends and ask what was going on and what they were doing.

“Their loose lifestyle was very alarming to me. They lived without religion. By that time, unwed mothers were glorified for having a baby for Hitler.

“It seemed strange to me that our society changed so suddenly. As time went along, I realized what a great deed my mother did so that I wasn’t exposed to that kind of humanistic philosophy.

“In 1939, the war started, and a food bank was established. All food was rationed and could only be purchased using food stamps. At the same time, a full-employment law was passed which meant if you didn’t work, you didn’t get a ration card, and, if you didn’t have a card, you starved to death.

“Women who stayed home to raise their families didn’t have any marketable skills and often had to take jobs more suited for men.

“Soon after this, the draft was implemented.

“It was compulsory for young people, male and female, to give one year to the labor corps,” remembers Kitty. “During the day, the girls worked on the farms, and at night they returned to their barracks for military training just like the boys.

“They were trained to be anti-aircraft gunners and participated in the signal corps. After the labor corps, they were not discharged but were used in the front lines.

“When I go back to Austria to visit my family and friends, most of these women are emotional cripples because they just were not equipped to handle the horrors of combat.

“Three months before I turned 18, I was severely injured in an air raid attack. I nearly had a leg amputated, so I was spared having to go into the labor corps and into military service.

“When the mothers had to go out into the work force, the government immediately established child care centers.

“You could take your children ages four weeks old to school age and leave them there around-the-clock, seven days a week, under the total care of the government.

“The state raised a whole generation of children. There were no motherly women to take care of the children, just people highly trained in child psychology. By this time, no one talked about equal rights. We knew we had been had.

“Before Hitler, we had very good medical care. Many American doctors trained at the University of Vienna..

“After Hitler, health care was socialized, free for everyone. Doctors were salaried by the government. The problem was, since it was free, the people were going to the doctors for everything.

“When the good doctor arrived at his office at 8 a.m., 40 people were already waiting and, at the same time, the hospitals were full.

“If you needed elective surgery, you had to wait a year or two for your turn. There was no money for research as it was poured into socialized medicine. Research at the medical schools literally stopped, so the best doctors left Austria and emigrated to other countries.

“As for healthcare, our tax rates went up to 80 percent of our income. Newlyweds immediately received a $1,000 loan from the government to establish a household. We had big programs for families.

“All day care and education were free. High schools were taken over by the government and college tuition was subsidized. Everyone was entitled to free handouts, such as food stamps, clothing, and housing.

“We had another agency designed to monitor business. My brother-in-law owned a restaurant that had square tables.

“Government officials told him he had to replace them with round tables because people might bump themselves on the corners. Then they said he had to have additional bathroom facilities. It was just a small dairy business with a snack bar. He couldn’t meet all the demands.

“Soon, he went out of business. If the government owned the large businesses and not many small ones existed, it could be in control.

“We had consumer protection, too

“We were told how to shop and what to buy. Free enterprise was essentially abolished. We had a planning agency specially designed for farmers. The agents would go to the farms, count the livestock, and then tell the farmers what to produce, and how to produce it.

“In 1944, I was a student teacher in a small village in the Alps. The villagers were surrounded by mountain passes which, in the winter, were closed off with snow, causing people to be isolated.

“So people intermarried and offspring were sometimes retarded. When I arrived, I was told there were 15 mentally retarded adults, but they were all useful and did good manual work.

“I knew one, named Vincent, very well. He was a janitor of the school. One day I looked out the window and saw Vincent and others getting into a van.

“I asked my superior where they were going. She said to an institution where the State Health Department would teach them a trade, and to read and write. The families were required to sign papers with a little clause that they could not visit for 6 months.

“They were told visits would interfere with the program and might cause homesickness.

“As time passed, letters started to dribble back saying these people died a natural, merciful death. The villagers were not fooled. We suspected what was happening. Those people left in excellent physical health and all died within 6 months. We called this euthanasia.

“Next came gun registration. People were getting injured by guns. Hitler said that the real way to catch criminals (we still had a few) was by matching serial numbers on guns. Most citizens were law-abiding and dutifully marched to the police station to register their firearms. Not long afterwards, the police said that it was best for everyone to turn in their guns. The authorities already knew who had them, so it was futile not to comply voluntarily.

“No more freedom of speech. Anyone who said something against the government was taken away. We knew many people who were arrested, not only Jews, but also priests and ministers who spoke up.

“Totalitarianism didn’t come quickly, it took 5 years from 1938 until 1943, to realize full dictatorship in Austria. Had it happened overnight, my countrymen would have fought to the last breath. Instead, we had creeping gradualism. Now, our only weapons were broom handles. The whole idea sounds almost unbelievable that the state, little by little eroded our freedom.”

“This is my eyewitness account.

“It’s true. Those of us who sailed past the Statue of Liberty came to a country of unbelievable freedom and opportunity.

“America is truly is the greatest country in the world. “Don’t let freedom slip away.

“After America, there is no place to go.”

Bingo is just not enough. (Especially if you hate bingo.)

Having reached the age of 82 and three quarters (you count life in quarters at this age) with my mobility eroded by a wonky heart I rely a great deal on novels, crosswords and to some degree, television. I say some degree because television just isn’t for my age group (although we constitute a huge part of its audience.)

 scan0005

There are endless soaps filled with hatred and spite, programmes with little laughter and joy and mindless chat shows where everyone recycles their suffering and misery. The chat shows seem populated by people chosen entirely for their looks rather than their brains and for some reason everyone seems to shout at each other, a lot. Talking heads can be interesting but mostly they seem to be speaking a language that is incomprehensible. I actually need sub-titles to understand them. The TV is, I am afraid, catering to the lowest common denomination and low attention spans. I long for shows that aren’t about ‘sex ‘. It isn’t that I am a prude, but it makes me feel like an intruder when everyone is panting away. TV producers are constantly trying to see what they can get away with, but now anything goes is apparently the norm. But I ask, whatever happened to love? Did I miss something?

I do love a good mystery and I am addicted to crime novels from intelligent authors. My favourite authors are nearly all female, it’s just a coincidence but they seem to write thrillers better than men do. Mary Higgins Clark, Elizabeth Adler and P.D. James for example challenge the reader and your mind. I like to pit my wits again the author and work it all out.

I still love cooking, but paradoxically I do not like eating anymore. I once entertained a great deal but with my crumbling spine and friends now dead or immobile, it’s a bit quiet in my kitchen these days. Luckily family still visit from time to time and I dig all the old recipes out. Occasionally, when I am energetic, I make up some dishes and put them in the freezer ready for their visits. It leaves me more time to chat. Once every fortnight my home help comes for the day, so, much to my daughters bemusement, I cook a splendid meal for us both and we sit, eat and chat. We discuss life, religion and politics and it¹s amazing how quickly this time passes. I am so lucky she comes over and she makes my home sparkle.

Each week Radka from Prague comes over to help me for a couple of hours. She, like my home help, are both Jehovah’s Witness and firmly believe in their chosen way. The inner joy and security they have is a tonic but I am afraid neither has been able to convert me, we agree on much but I’m probably beyond saving.

The one real problem of being old and increasingly immobile is the terrible loneliness. I am fairly self-sufficient but even a trip to the supermarket is difficult now and I wish the UK catered for old people in the way that Canada does. The facilities for pensioners in the UK are extremely poor and a cup and tea and bingo is just not enough. (Especially if you hate bingo.)

I want to make a contribution to society, I still have a lively mind but locally we have no reading circles, no real places for someone like me to go and discuss events. It seems so strange to think that there are millions of people like me wasting their time away in isolation.

I lost a dear friend a couple of months ago. He was the last of a wide circle and I miss his witty phone calls and feel quite bereft and alone now. Denis lived in New Zealand and his dearest wish was have his ashes spread under the trees that held all his friends. Fortunately when his ashes arrived my daughter Sara was visiting me from Canada. We took his ashes to the crematorium and put him to rest in the most restful area where my husban, Bob, his boyhood friend, also found rest. The day was sunny and still. We sat on a bench and said a prayer for him. His sister phoned to say how loved he was. My son Sam was his godchild. She said ‘his last thoughts were for us’.

Now I wish I could travel again. But it is just a wish I am afraid.

What a difference a year makes, life is in the now

This time last year I was on the brink of homelessness. Today with a roof over my head gratitude in my heart and a purpose in my life I embrace the opportunities I was given.
Who knows where your opportunity will come from, all we are meant to do is just keep walking forward and it will be revealed. I know that for some that is a scary thing to do, but if you do you will get to where you meant to be faster.
I have found that if I listen to expectation I will let me down, and my true purpose. If I am meant to do what I am meant to do then I must walk my path in trust in faith and in awareness, for that awareness will lead me to my purpose at that time. But one must also understand that what you meant to do in the now is only preparing you for your tomorrow, so root yet, wait till you know that you are truly on the right road.
How do you know when you one the right path? Last year 2011 I went back to teaching my True Colours and building a local business, I was doing well and Christmas arrived and all my classes got cancelled. I was so confused, I thought I was where I was meant to be and did not understand the blockage. January came still no bites, yes I went into a depression I had no way to pay my bills or eat, but I knew that if I gave into that depression I would never come out of it. So I got active, I was beyond broke, could not afford food and by the grace of my most wonderful friends in the world, they fed me. But I knew I had to do something to find where I was meant to go, so I social media, I went of face book twitter linked in and joined in conversations and helped others out who were in trouble and I kept my sanity alive.
One day I got an email from Michelle Arbeau producer of Authentic You radio blog, she had seen a comment I wrote and wanted to talk to me about hosting a show. Now I had never done a show before as a host so this was new territory but I recognized the gift I was given and we embrace gifts when they are given in gratitude.
My debut was a laugh, I had a 102 temperature, a migraine, my internet went down, and no one could hear me for the first 10 mins, and when I did come on loud planes flew over, it felt like a Monty python show. But I did it and the next one and I started to find my groove.
I started interviewing people and from this found such inspiration in my guests that my soul spirit and heart began to feel truly alive again. I even took on a sponsor but it was short-lived due to many reasons, and because of the cancellation I thought my journey in radio had come to an end and yet again I was given a new path to walk. But an Angel kept my shows alive, I renamed it, re structured it and I am doing multiple interviews at the same time given you the listener a chance at different prospective over a subject.
So one year ago I was nearly homeless, hungry, filled with anxiety and fearful of my future. Now a year later I have a roof over my head, I took my True Colours program and adapted it to do online, and building my radio blogging even further. I am organizing an E,book of everyone on the Authentic you radio umbrella so you may get to know what drives us to share our knowledge and passion and that of our guests to help you on your life’s journey.
We are revamping the Authentic you umbrella to bring you TV Blogging and Webinars by the spring, and we are committed to being a place of intuitive information that liberates your soul your spirit your heart and helps you find your path in life.
Myself, my programs will blossom and those that take them will walk their path in a greater understanding of self and purpose. My program for paying it forward will have fond its feet this coming year, and the reason for me to have taken this wild crazy turbulent diverse journey will be because of the work I will be doing in this coming year of 2013.
Why have I been prepared for this new world? Because I am a generator of inspiration and connector of possibilities and I am here to guide you to seeing your opportunities and new purpose in this new world.
What does this new world mean to you and what should we expect of it? Think CO-CREATION we are entering a world where we will collectively learn to co-create. No longer will it be the towers of power or the conglomerate of greed but a world where we will be taught to care to share to believe to grow to guide to enable to build to sing to dance to embrace this wonderful gift Earth and to turn our backs of hate fear greed power and the singular.
It is a world of togetherness no not hippie combia but of collaborating of cohesive and collectively building for every one instead of the one. A world where you will be able to trust in faith, trust in each other, believe in another day of hope and know that you can smile again in belief.
It is going to be a world of higher vibrations, the 5th dimension, and this means that you will be radiating on this vibration where fear hate greed and insecurity do not live. IT IS TO BE A WORLD OF INNER HARMONY and yes at last peace will have a chance.
There will be new leaders, new priorities new ways of doing business. People in companies and business will come first not profit, taking care of your people conducting business with another, this will change in a good way. It is the time of appreciation, a time of gratitude, a time for valuing each other and a time for uniting the village as one big family.
Look upon yourself as a note within the music, if you are off-key its changes the whole song, but if all of you each in your own right your own note come together in harmonic symphony, you now have a song that lifts the people in unison and becomes part of that co-creation of positive vibration. This is where we are going, this is our song.
You can expect changes alone that way, the bridge for crossing over into this new vibration is only there for a few months, then it will be too late to cross and some people will get left behind. The changes that will occur will be planetary, some earth quakes, some shifts, new landscapes, but this is all just a readjusting our earth to receive this higher vibration so it can thrive.
We will get visitors from afar, they will make themselves known and there is no fear here, because unlike the movies they had not come to destroy us or eat us, but to enlighten, to heal and help us grow into the wonderful beings we are meant to be.
For me I am coming home, my first memory is that of the Incas, I was back then a being here to teach the soul and spirit to the human race, but something went terribly wrong and instead of enlightening you it became a tool for controlling you, this is the human way.
But no more, for you see in this new higher vibration we cannot hate or destroy because we will find the true meaning of love, of life and of our true potential on this planet. We will learn to embrace new wonderments new understandings and see such abilities that we can’t even imagine now.
So put down your fear, let go of that hate, stop dictating your insecurity to others, and understand you have no control, the control is in the letting go. You don’t have to know to let go, you don’t have to understand to walk forward to you don’t have to be anything other than a person who wants to live in a peaceful purpose, in a harmonious realm and in growth of self, this planet and of each other.
So take that first step, step out into the abyss of faith and trust the vibration with in you telling you to cross the bridge, because life is on the other side and its worth living there.
I am at last without fear, the thunderous vibration from the earth is becoming still. I can feel my wings grow again and my flight is apparent. My arms grow wide so that I can embrace all who are ready to cross and I can give light to the teachers who are here to lighten your way forward.
We have for centuries been looking for that peace that has evaded us, but now the time is right, the path is in place, the journey has begun and you are not alone on this most wondrous journey into anew life. A life of heart, a life where you can hear your soul, a life where your spirit fly’s a life that has such meaning, such purpose, such camaraderie, that life simply becomes a knowing smile.
In the coming months of this magnificent new year, I will be continuing to bringing you enlighteners, teachers, inspires. I will bring coaches of doing business in this new vibration, intuitives to help you understand your awakening, guiders who can see your purpose so that you may find your path in purpose and bring to your village a harmonic tune for all to hear.
As lady Gaga said we are on the edge of glory, and we need to trust that this new path will bring us the knowingness of soul, heart spirit we all so need and desire.
Gone are the days of darkness, of hate, of pain. Yes we still have some detoxing to do, we still have much to let go of, but I promise you, the more you walk forward the more the shadows of death you leave behind, for darkness does not like the light and it is the time of light now.

12-20-2012; the New Frequency of the Planet Earth

By Michelle Houchens,
Mile High Medium & Psychic/Medical Intuitive/Energetic Practitioner

It all started with the discussion of putting butter on cinnamon rolls during Thanksgiving. Yep those delectable, unhealthy, gems that stick to us, literally. I hold witness to the fact that some find the addition of butter to a cinnamon roll enticing. To me, no with a capital N. To them, deeeelicious.

The state of joy or what some term love, 528 Hertz in frequency is the natural resonance that Mother Earth exchanges with our Sun and Lunar Systems. Our Sun emits rays that assist all matter on Earth including plants, animals, and yes, human beings, to thrive. Over the last eight and a half years we have been moving and will finally align into this new higher or what many call faster vibrational state people call “The Dawning of a New Civilization” on December 20th, 2012. Mayan calendars change, the equinox is said to appear differently from then forth and all will need to think in warp speed or they will feel that life has passed them by. It is up to the human race to choose. Mother Earth is realigning naturally to this vibration of homeostasis.

Manifestation or a realignment of the physical and emotional bodies will not only appear, but create more quickly than previously for the majority of beings on the Earth. Many believe that if they do not make a choice it will still be there for them tomorrow. That will no longer be the case. Choose thoughts that strengthen your life and all around it. Seek help. There are multiple practitioners, therapists, CD sets, and books already on the market to assist you and yours.

All matter has vibration that is measured with frequency; whether you see it, feel it, hear it and yes, some smell it. Have you ever smelled cooking oil burning? Does it smell heavy or light? Vibrational differences are the factor. Your location, clothing, car, home, jewelry and family/friends/coworkers all carry vibration. Some have higher vibrational frequency states and some lower. We know that when we paint prison cells pink, their occupants are more calm and rates of violence go dramatically down moving their vibration/frequency up. Look up the vibrational frequency of colors, foods, locations. CEO’s often hire me to bless their businesses, again increasing the frequency through my intention and levels of consciousness. Have you done this for your family, home, friendships? Let go, flow and create intention for joy with a sense of gratitude. Intention is the key to manifestation like a trigger is to the gun. Without it, nothing fires.

Intention is developed in our “Etheric Body” via an informational exchange with the physical. In other words we link our thoughts to our physical and emotional bodies to create. So if everything around us is vibrating at a faster pitch then our thoughts, we will naturally coincide with the vibration that is resonating to the highest frequency. Remember that thing we call diffusion from 7th grade science class? This is what is occurring on the planet. A faster vibration does not equal chaos. Normally chaos is a lower vibration. Just like the heart is synchronous, so is our energetic patterns. Learn and study yours. What takes you into a lower frequency? What stimulates a higher one? Cinnamon rolls, well that day was a higher vibration. Most days it would be a lower. It all had to do with my emotions.

Emotion is the key to how we link everything in our Etheric Body; inclusive but not exclusive to the physical, emotional and collective layers. Some emotions that emit high frequency are Joy, Compassion, Love, and Peace. Lower frequency emotions are Sadness, Anger, Blame, and Guilt. Depression is symptomatic of a lower vibrational being as well. When we connect with these subtle energies termed the Laws of Creation to create or manifest in our life, the process starts with our thought. It is why Priests and Monks create a state of compassion during their prayer/meditation so that the subject of their prayers manifests quickly.

People/ animals are ‘mirrors’ of each other. That which we see, positively or negatively, in others is a reflection of attachment to Self. Joy or the frequency of 528 Hz flows easily when we release the thought that we are lacking anything. Trust that you came to Earth like a fully equipped car. Perhaps you are just learning the operating system or maybe you have mastered it. Your frequency and the frequencies of others, places and things change daily. Pray, meditate; seek ways to connect to this Higher Power daily. One of my clients refers to this Source of Creation as Glenn. Yep, really. It makes both of us laugh. Laughter can raise your vibration almost 1000 to 2000 KHz.

Other ways to raise your vibration is to sing, speak in kindness, use your Free Will for another, allow your dreams for your life to release in whatever way they come; some ‘see” others “feel”, still more hear. Allow things to come to you as they may. Be grateful for ALL. People who keep higher vibrations often have lighter moods. They appear balanced, centered, and internally as well as externally peaceful. Some people can see Auras; a white or purple that reflects off of the electromagnetic field that is significant of your vibrational state. Some like me are rainbow children and others see this in our Auras.

Those who love to complain, “Life is no fair” typically LOVE to wear black or brown. Low vibrational colors. People who allow this thing called illness into their lives have dark or black auras. Some reading this article might be saying Michelle disease just happens. It is nobody’s fault. What I say is to own it and if it is yours, good news, vibrationally you can change it. I have. We know that stress is one of the biggest contributors to disease and more importantly, very preventable. Stress is self- made. No one ever sees a baby stressed out after hours in the womb. They simply cry or state what they need and then become settled. Let go of stress and disease in your life by making a choice for health. How, Allow. Simply allow yourself to listen, BE in state of forgiveness of self and others, and love just as all spiritual books and Walt Disney movies tell you to. Vibration takes nanoseconds to change, up or down. What frequency do you choose in this moment?

Choose “Joy” everyday. LIVE IT, BE IT, SOUND IT, SEE IT, and the mind-body automatically release neuro-hormones we link to health and well being. When we are in a state of Joy there is no sense of time, space or matter involved. You are in the Now as Mr. Tolle teaches. You choose your vibrational state, no one else does. Me, I choose joy, in everything I do. Sort of like saying no to butter on my cinnamon roll, an easy decision. Namaste, Michelle
